Simple ingredients made to perfection

Most pizzerias have a story of ‘Nonna’s secret recipe’, but here you will find the original, traditional, and simple recipe for our dough - flour, water, fresh yeast and salt, made at least 24 hours prior. We use premium quality ingredients for our toppings. Our pizzas are made in our woodfire oven on a cooking surface temperature of around 450°C for that soft but crunchy texture of a true Neapolitan style pizza.
We only have one rule we wont budge on - no pineapple on pizza!
